At JJ's all bookings of 5 or more children are deemed a group booking, this means that all the children you book for do need to be paid for in full even if someone does not turn up (numbers can be adjusted with 24 hours notice), we also ask that the booking paid in full at the time of your arrival not as each person arrives.

In the past JJs has had a number of large bookings where numerous people havent been able to attend and have not informed JJ's, resulting in financial loss for the charity.

please also note that bookings of 10 or more will need to be confirmed by a member of staff with a manager and JJ's may ask you to book the session exclusively.
