Book a Birthday Party @ JJ's :

At JJ's Sensory Play Centre , we would love to host your child's birthday party.
It is often difficult to find somewhere suitable for your child to celebrate their birthday so let JJ's be that special place!

Party A - £80.00

Play exclusively for 2 hours and bring only a cake.
Strictly no food or Snacks.
This option is available for a maximum of 15 children
Tea / Coffee for 15 adult guests is included and juice for the children.

Party B - £110.00

Play exclusively for 2 hours and have the use of our Party Room.
You can bring your own food and juice for a maximum of 15 children.
(JJ's do not provide any plates , cups and serviettes)
Tea / Coffee for 15 adult guests is included for an extra £10.00
Juice is available at £2.00 per jug.

Party C - £155.00

Play exclusively for 2 hours and you only need to bring a cake.
JJ's will provide the Party Food & Juice for a maximum of 15 children
Tea / Coffee for 15 adult guests is included for an extra £10.00.


Should any parent book a party for their child whilst attending another child's party , JJ's will provide 1 free play session for the host party child.

If you book a Birthday party on a weekday session with a start time of 3.30pm onwards you will get 10% off.

Please read all the Rules & Regulations that apply to JJ's , paying particular attention to the light room rules.


RULES AND REGULATIONS :

These rules apply to all party bookings, enabling it to run smoothly and efficiently :

• A non-refundable deposit of £15.00 is required. Unfortunately JJ's is unable to accept Credit / Debit cards , payment must be by cash or cheque only.
• Please complete our booking form and return it with your deposit to confirm your party. Email info@jjsplaycentre.co.uk or jjsplaycentre@tiscali.co.uk for your booking form.
• Children attending parties should be supervised at all times by their parents or another responsible adult (if parents are not staying , the party organiser will be held responsible).
• Arrival for your party must be no earlier than 15 minutes before the time stated.
• All parties must finish at the time stated as another party may follow. Access to the party room is required 15 minutes prior to the end of your party to ensure it is cleaned and tidy before the next party.
• Film and photos are welcome during the time at your party , however consideration must be given with regards to flash light.
• If any damages occur during your party , these will be assessed and charged accordingly. This is especially aimed at our Light Room, please read below ...

LIGHT ROOM / MULTI SENSORY ROOM :

NO CHILDREN WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION

• This room is very precious to those who use it regularly and the equipment is very expensive.
• All children must be accompanied by an adult when entering this room , and no equipment must be taken out or brought in.
• The water mattress is for relaxation and therapy and not for standing and jumping on.
• The vibration tub is for relaxing in , and the balls must remain in the tub at all times.
• The door must remain shut at all times
• No food or drink must be consumed in this room

Any parent / carer / child consistently ignoring any of the rules or being inconsiderate to others , may be asked to leave the centre.
