These rules apply to all party bookings, enabling it to run smoothly and efficiently :

• When inviting Children to attend a Party, Parents must be advised that they should accompany the child and they should not be left alone at JJ’s with the host to supervise. By doing this, all children will remain Safe and their enjoyment will be maximized. Under no circumstances must any child be left or dropped off at one of JJ’s parties.
• A non-refundable deposit of £20.00 is required on Booking.
• Your Party will start at 12 noon or 3pm and arrival for the party should be no earlier than 15 minutes before the selected time. You should vacate, play areas or party room when asked and leave the premises no later than 15 minute after the party ends.
• Should you wish to use Film and photography at a JJ’s Party, this is permitted although consideration must be given with regard to flash light and children that may be affected. Permission from other parents / carers may also be required.
• Whilst attending a party at JJ’s, consideration must be given to the sensory areas for which some children rely on for therapy. Should any damages occur in any of the sensory areas during your party, charges may be made to make good the repair. It is therefore essential that all children are supervised whilst using these special areas. If the sensory room is not required, a member of the team can ensure the room is made unavailable.
• Absolutely no drinks or food must be taken on to the soft play or sensory areas.
• If you have chosen a premium play time to host your party, a surcharge of £20.00 may be added.

LIGHT ROOM / MULTI SENSORY ROOM :

NO CHILDREN WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION

• This room is very precious to those who use it regularly and the equipment is very expensive.
• All children must be accompanied by an adult when entering this room , and no equipment must be taken out or brought in.
• The water mattress is for relaxation and therapy and not for standing and jumping on.
• The vibration tub is for relaxing in , and the balls must remain in the tub at all times.
• The door must remain shut at all times
• No food or drink must be consumed in this room

Any parent / carer / child consistently ignoring any of the rules or being inconsiderate to others , may be asked to leave the centre
